Adding funds to your Apple ID, which can make purchasing items in the App Store even easier, is pretty quick. And Apple wants to, once again, offer up a small bonus for doing just that. But it will only be around for a limited time.
Apple today relaunched its 10% bonus program for adding funds to an Apple ID. To make it happen, just open up the App Store on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, then select the “Add funds to Apple ID” option. You will then be able to select several different options, from $1 to “other” (up to $200). This will then net you an extra 10% bonus on that addition, up to the maximum of $20.
This is not the first time that Apple has hosted this type of deal for users. Back in December the company launched the program, and then brought it back for a limited time back in March of this year. This time around, Apple says the 10% bonus promotion will only be active between today, May 7, until Friday, May 10.
So if you want an extra 10% on the funds you add to your Apple ID, up to $200, then you have until this Friday to make it happen. Until Apple brings the promotion back, of course.
